Wheeler Construction was founded in 1939 by Tim's father, Charles A Wheeler, Jr. at the young age of 17. He built his first quality brick home and sold it the same year for $4,250. He went own to develop a thriving home building business and built over 30 major subdivisions located in Nashville, Franklin, Donelson, and Sumner County in which he made his home.
He worked closely with his son, Charles Timothy Wheeler who now runs the business, to insure that he learned from the ground up so that he could carry on his father's legacy. Tim continues a family tradition of building each and every home as if it were his own. Taking pride in every detail and knowing that the families that live in a Wheeler home will have a home that will stand the test of time. Tim learned from his father that integrity should be shown in every product and that honesty makes for a job well done. When you buy a home from Wheeler Construction you are not only buying a quality product but you are buying the honesty and integrity that comes with it. Once you have lived in a Wheeler home you will quickly find why they are called "Wheeler Homes for Life".
