Based in Greenville, South Carolina, CarsonSpeer Builders is a nationally recognized, award-winning custom home builder specializing in new home construction and remodeling. We intentionally limit the number of projects we will engage at any one time so that quality of our projects will never exceed our grasp. In this way, James and Steve personally ensure that no detail of a handcrafted home or home remodel is left to chance.

We choose to work with skilled craftsmen—the finest wood workers, carpenters, electricians and plumbers available—rather than the most affordable subcontractors we can find.
