While working in the building trades as a journeyman plumber in 2003, and holding licenses in both Indiana and Illinois, I decided to begin building homes as a business. Working as a plumber for other home builders let me see first-hand just how badly - and how well - a job site can be run. Not only that, but I also saw just how poor the work quality can be.

Everyone who buys a new home is full of excitement! Moving into a new home is an experience like no other and I should know; I've built 2 new homes for myself. Unfortunately, when that excited homeowner lives in their new home for a little while, the newness wears off. That can be just fine if everything is built well. But, if the home was built with profit for the home builder in mind, rather than quality for the home owner, it can turn into a very sour experience as the home begins to show it's "true colors" and the lack of quality with which it was built becomes very apparent.

I began building homes so I could offer quality construction along with energy efficiency in a home that you will be proud to call your own for many years to come. I'm not a salesman or a crooked businessman. I'm just a guy who enjoys utilizing what I know and creating something great from that. Myself, along with the subcontractors I hire and work with, take pride in what we do. I only hire companies who are proud to put their name on a project. For that reason, I will probably not be able to build the most affordable home you can find. But what I can do is assure that you that I can build a home which will continue to remain structurally sound, energy efficient, and comfortable for many years to come. I have a conscience, and I like to be able to sleep well at night. There is no way I would be able to look myself in the mirror everyday if knew I wasn't providing quality for the folks who hire and depend on me. Building homes is a business, and as in any business there will always be crooks, liars, and inexperienced novices. I am none of those things and if given the chance, I'm confident that I can display this. I am an honest man with a great family and I'm just trying to offer a higher standard of quality than others in the business.
