As a Managing Partner at The Peterson Company, Bret oversees the New Construction team with a focus on client relations, pre-construction services, expanding markets and new opportunities. Before joining The Peterson Company in 2000, he earned his degree in Construction Technology from Indiana State University in 1997. With years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Bret has overseen multiple major projects. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys hunting or sitting by a quiet lake casting a fishing line.

As a Managing Partner at The Peterson Company, Brett oversees the Interior Construction team. He is primary estimator for all tenant finish work, and he oversees the completion of all interior construction projects directly or by supervising his project management team. The Ball State University graduate takes a hands-on approach on every project, whether it’s new construction, office tenant improvements, warehouses, doctor’s offices, restaurants, schools, or anything in between. Brett likes to hunt, fish and spend time with family.

As a Managing Member at The Peterson Company, Dave oversees the Property Services team, which is responsible for more than 200 buildings in Central Indiana, Ft Wayne, Columbus Ohio, and Cincinnati Ohio. His team deals with local, regional, and national property owners. Dave relies on his more than 25 years of facility maintenance experience to solve problems for tenants an owners.

As CFO, Don is involved with all things financial at The Peterson Company. With more than 30 years of experience as CFO of various sized businesses ranging from start-up companies to financial institutions, Don works very closely with his staff to ensure their accuracy and efficiency. He is a Certified Public Accountant, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ball State University. When he manages to sneak away from the office, Don enjoys hanging out with his family and traveling.

As Sr. Vice President, John oversees all operations and staffing for the New Construction Division. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Building Construction Management. John enjoys getting outdoors with his family, fishing, hunting, skiing, and traveling.

As COO, Larry is involved with all the aspects of The Peterson Company, including direct oversight of the Construction, Maintenance and Property Management divisions. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Larry has worked in the commercial development industry since 1999, and has led teams in land acquisition, land development and building construction in the commercial/industrial real estate arena. In his free time, don’t’ be surprised to find him on a golf course swinging a golf club left-handed, even though he’s right-handed in everything else in life. 

As Sr. Vice President, Manish is focused on client relations, business development, pre-construction services and expanding Peterson’s platform into new markets and industry segments. With over 30 years of experience in construction and development, Manish has worked in numerous cities on a variety of projects. He earned his Construction Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan. Away from the office, Manish enjoys traveling

As the CFO, Tom has high-level responsibility for all aspects of the accounting and admin department. Tom is a CPA with over 25 years of accounting experience. That experience includes five years in public accounting, a stint as a small business owner, 10+ years as a controller, and a senior-level executive. He earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University. When not at the office, Tom is usually at a sporting event cheering on one of his sons.

David comes to Peterson with a diverse construction background. He spent many years working in hospital construction in a “clean room” environment. Additionally, he has run countless tenant finish projects and ground-up construction projects. His leadership experience spans 25+ years in the construction and manufacturing industries. In his free time, he enjoys anything with an engine that is considered an antique. He also enjoys traveling.

As the lead Field Operations Manager for our New Construction Division at The Peterson Company, Jason manages the day-to-day duties on job sites of multiple commercial renovations. He excels in client relations and also assists in estimating. The Purdue University graduate joined the company in 2015.

He brings 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial development and has been part of many projects for a nationally recognized owner-developer. He received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University, a master's degree from Purdue University, and his MBA from the University of South Florida. As an Assistant Project Manager, Lee works directly under the Director of New Construction. He helps with all aspects of construction, from start to finish. Lee has over five years of experience. He is currently pursuing a B.S. in Construction Management from Indiana State University. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family in his spare time.

As the Marketing Coordinator for The Peterson Company, Zoe creates new content and supports all marketing strategies for the Peterson Company. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in event management in 2020 from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In her spare time, Zoe enjoys traveling and hiking.

As an Accounting Admin, Amy assists the finance team with performing various accounting tasks. She earned her bachelor's degree in business from Montana State University. Outside of work, Amy enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

As the Sr. VP of Finance, Ken manages multiple aspects of the Accounting Department. He is a CPA and results-oriented Finance leader, with over 12 years of accounting experience, primarily in the healthcare IT industry. He earned a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Management at the University of Evansville. Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and coaching his sons in various sports.

As a Superintendent, Aaron supports the New Construction Division. He spent many years working as a carpenter before gaining experience as a superintendent. He has since worked on multiple projects in Indiana, Ohio, and North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Purdue University. Aaron enjoys hiking, go-kart racing, and baking pies.

As a Superintendent, Alex supports Peterson's Tenant Improvement Team. Before joining Peterson, Alex gained 14 years of experience in facility management and client relations. He is married and has two boys. He enjoys traveling, golf, and a good cookout in his free time.

As the Carpentry Manager, Chuck estimates and manages work for The Peterson Company. He joined Peterson with 37 years of experience in commercial construction; In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his grandkids and family.

As a Sr. Superintendent at The Peterson Company, Dennis oversees design-build and large industrial projects. Joining the company in 2016, the U.S. Army veteran brings more than 25 years of commercial construction management to our team.

George comes to Peterson with an Industrial Design degree from Purdue University. He spent many years working as a project manager and superintendent. Additionally, George is a safety leader and quality assurance manager. His leadership experience spans 34+ years in construction. He enjoys anything outdoors, from scuba diving and fishing to golfing and hiking.
