Scope Of Work
Completed two speculative warehouse facilities for Becknell Industrial in Richmond, Virginia. Building #1 is a 446,000 SF cross-docked facility, and Building #2 is a 279,000 SF rear-load industrial building. Both buildings have ample parking for cars and trailers, as well as modern features such as ESFR sprinkler systems and LED lighting with motion sensors.
