Karen has over 25 years in management and executive administration experience in Silicon Valley, including Tandem Computers, Unisys, and several start-ups. She has had the opportunity to work with some of Silicon Valley’s top CEOs and Venture Capitalists.

Karen manages all internal operations at Titus Caulking & Waterproofing.

Ralph Titus has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the waterproofing and caulking industry. His past experience ranges from journeyman to field engineer and project manager. He founded Titus Caulking & Waterproofing in 1997.

Ralph has an outstanding reputation in the industry and is well known for his meticulous attention to detail. General Contractors consider Ralph their go-to guy for work on their personal residences and offices, as well as high-profile and luxury residences.

Jason is responsible for all quantity take-offs.

Matt is responsible for all project management and program implementation.
