Ron began his career as a residential carpenter working on remodels
and new construction. His commercial construction career started with
constructing a new quad chair lift at Mt. Rose ski resort. He joined
the Carpenters Union as apprentice carpenter and completed a four-year
program to become a journeyman. Ron has worked as a Foreman and
Superintendent to Project Manager and now President of Building
Tectonics. His construction project experience includes shopping
centers, parking garages, casinos, restaurants, industrial warehouses,
medical centers and high-rise construction. For the past several
years, his main areas of concentration have been in the field of
design-build/design-assist for new construction and remodel of
commercial buildings, with a focus on the casino/hotel industry.
