Southern Heritage Construction Corp. is one of the exclusive builders in Brevard County Florida. With over 95 years of combined experience in the building industry our team is exceptionally qualified to guide and work closely with each of our client's throughout the process from design to building phase to be sure our clients experience is an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. 

Our in-house design and interior decorating team works with each of our client's during the design process, close attention is given to detail and the clients needs to turn their dreams into reality, we prefer to use green building practices to enhance the environment for future generations. Our building practices and procedures provide energy efficiency that meets and greatly exceeds minimum code requirements.Our showroom offers a wide range of selections,  products and finishes and is located in our 4,600-sq/ft model home and offers a comfortable convenient atmosphere for our clients to meet with members of our team throughout each phase of their project.      

Our project management team works with each client to answer any questions as well as to ensure quality control is being enforced and the project is completed in a timely manner.
