Pitzer Construction Co., Inc.

Pitzer Construction Company was established by John M. Pitzer In May 1980 as a licensed General Contractor specializing in residential remodels and custom homes.

John M. Pitzer graduated from El Camino College with an Associate Degree in Construction Technology; working as a rough framer, finish carpenter, cabinetmaker and electrician while completing his apprenticeship program. Starting out in El Segundo, CA as a small, family-owned business he began to build a name for himself in the South Bay area. Throughout the years, John maintained the highest level of integrity while building custom homes for local families. He strived to provide a service that was built on a strong foundation of trust between owner and builder, giving foundation to his mission statement: “Quality Construction with the Highest Level of Integrity.” This continues to define Pitzer Construction as a company, and strengthens our commitment to quality while maintaining integrity in what we do and say.

In January 2005 we incorporated as a California Corporation with a new DBA: Pitzer Construction Company, Inc., with our status as a family run business remaining part of our core values. PCC, Inc. continued to thrive through the economic ups and downs based on the strong relationships we have built with our architects, designers and customers. Priding ourselves on being a referral only builder, our relationships are and will continue to be our number one priority.

PCC, Inc has built numerous custom homes, second story additions, kitchens, and bathroom remodels over the past 3 decades. We specialize in contemporary and modern design, creating clean lines, steel elements and concrete floors with wood accents to show the versatility the company is capable of.
