Scope Of Work
Wood framing of 87 unit multi-family townhome project in Seattle, WA. Project consisted of 3-4 bedroom, 3 story units with attached garages. Units ranged in size from 1,410 - 1.784 sq ft. Ravenna88 is located on a busy corner directly off Lake City Way and approximately 2 miles away from the University of Washington. Completed units began selling and were occupied approximately 25% into project completion and with other mutli-family complexes adjoining Ravenna88, we had to work with the utmost consideration of residents.
