Synergy Framing Services LLC is a Framing company in King County, WA. Synergy Framing Services LLC was founded by Joshua Schaaf, who has over 20 years of experience. We specialize in commercial multi-family, retail, and large multi-use building projects, as well as difficult custom home remodels and new residential subdivisions.

With framing turnkey packages, Synergy takes responsibility for lumber purchase, management, and quantity (if it's short, it's on us) allowing us to optimize for speed and efficiency. We provide pre-construction services, in which we have the ability to include the integration of layouts from other trades. 

Synergy strives to be at the forefront of innovations in framing. We utilize GPS technology to layout without the typical consequence of human error. We continue to seek out partnerships with the tech industry and with companies interested in reduced wasted time and resources. 

In addition, Synergy works to develop and deliver sustainable building solutions that are scalable to all projects and economically viable without adding outsized cost burdens. We have a +90k sq ft yard and shop where we prefabricate wall, floor, and stair packages using Built Green standards to optimize materials and labor. Here we don't have to worry about climate, daylight time constraints, on site storage, vandalism, or other on-site issues and we are able to build in a controlled environment to deliver an outstanding product. 

We do all of this and more, while keeping safety at the top of our minds. Synergy holds regular safety events, both onsite and off, that involve our entire team. These events are critical to promoting our culture of safety. In addition, Synergy utilizes a third party safety company to ensure we are meeting and exceeding all current regulations. Our company leadership has set the tone by sparing no expense when it comes to the right equipment, protocols, and training. 

Our team prides itself on our ability to work with other contractors to create beautiful homes in especially tight locations. We work with the highest amount of courtesy, taking care to respect our homeowners, neighbors, and the companies we work with. We are especially proud of our ability to balance our fine attention to detail while being very efficient and productive.
