Fulcrum Builders is a "Self-performing, General, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Piping, Plumbing, General Construction Contractor".  That is to say our "Certified Mechanics/employees" perform all labor. "No General Contractor Double Markup". The key to repetitive business is providing a single contact person to call providing "all-encompassing construction and service and the lowest cost", taking the project from inception to final completion, focused on end user satisfaction.  Service is an under-standing of site policies, protocols, and standards; maintaining personal working relationships with Engineers, Project Managers, Management, and End Users.  Value added Engineering is provided when projects have specific budgets to maintain.  The staff at Fulcrum understands, and is sensitive to the costs of the customer's investment for each of the projects and has the experience to maintain competitive costs as well as schedule.
