Susan Butler's Bio
Susan joins Branch Construction with Twenty five years of management experience in the multifamily housing industry. Her multifaceted background includes extensive experience in all types of asset management including development, rehabilitation, repositioning / stabilization, and “value add” assets. Prior to joining Branch, Susan worked with all types of management from Individual owners / developers to Institutional Clients. She has held positions and been developed under several outstanding companies to include Camden Property Trust, Landmark Apartment Trust, Associated Estates.
Experience/Strengths:
Budgeting, strategic planning and implementation of revenue management strategies
Financial accountability to include expense control, contract negations, analysis of cost savings opportunities for bottom line achievement.
Team development and mentoring
When not working, she enjoys her family and is active in the community. For the past 12 years; she has served on the Board of Directors of the Krewe of Pandora, a local women’s charity organization which promotes networking for women while raising funds for groups such as: A kids Place Charities, Elves for Elders, and The Breast Cancer Foundation.
Tim Butler's Bio
Mr. Butler is the principal and founder of Branch Reconstruction Services LLC, with twenty-five years of field experience in multifamily housing, construction and maintenance. Prior to forming Branch, he was Vice President of a nationally renowned company, supervising large scale construction projects in various locations throughout the southeastern portion of the United States. His career of diverse expertise in Project management, Strategic planning, and Management proficiency provides a wealth of knowledge and competence to every Branch project. Mr. Butler leads his team through Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Development Plans and facilitates operational excellence by promoting a culture of growth opportunities for clients and team members.

Manage and assist Design and Architectural teams to achieve client Goals
Field implication of all programs to include planning and development, contract negations, cost analysis, Team Development and Mentoring
Preform Due Diligence for clients to access financial feasibility
Crisis management and emergency mobilization during fire, flood and natural disasters
Liaison between clients and insurance companies to ensure proper remediation, safety and funding
When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and riding his Harley. He enjoys helping the community and those in need. His most recent charitable efforts include assisting in raising funds for several charities, the wounded warriors project and warriors to work, A kids Place Charities. He has also been supportive of several local groups in their efforts to include The Krewe of Pandora, McDill Air force Base Family Foundation, and several other Tampa based groups. He is currently a member of the Florida and Texas Apartment Association.
