Town Center Construction

Mr. Vitt is the President for Town Center Construction.

Mr. Vitt joined Town Center Construction in the spring of 1996 as part of the company's expanding role and activity in the development of commercial holdings. He was responsible for the supervision of construction of the Town Center Marketplace coordinating all building and tenant construction for the center. Prior to joining TCC, Mr. Vitt worked as a Project Manager for Greenwood Trading Corporation in Twinsburg from 1994 through 1996 and was responsible for the production management of modular and stick framed residential and commercial construction. From 1991 through 1994, Mr. Vitt was employed with VSM Corporation in Twinsburg and was responsible for the production management of large custom Air Handling Units. Noted projects include the Society Tower and Gateway Arena.

Mr. Vitt graduated from University of Akron in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and completed his P.E. in Civil Engineering in 1997.

Mr. Spencer has graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering in 2018. He began his employment with TCC in 2017 as an estimator.

Mr. Campagne joined Town Center Construction in May of 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Akron majoring in Construction Engineering Technology. He has earned a Bachelors's degree in May 2006.

Mr. Seeley has more than fifteen years experience in the fields of estimating, construction, supervision, development and management of commercial holdings. Mr. Seeley joined Town Center Construction in the winter of 2000 as a Superintendent and was promoted to the position of Project Manager in 2003. Prior to joining Town Center, Mr. Seeley was a superintendent for Greenwood Trading Corporation in Twinsburg and was responsible for the supervision of modular- and stick-framed residential and commercial construction.

Mr. Seeley graduated from the University of Akron in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.

Mr. Beresh has more than forty-five years experience in the fields of estimating, construction, supervision, development and management of commercial holdings. Mr. Beresh joined Town Center Construction in 2015 as a Project Manager and Michigan Representative. He also is registered and represents TCC in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. In 1994 Mr. Beresh founded Beresh Group, Inc. in which he still sits as President today. 

Mr. Beresh graduated from Chapman College in Orange, Califorina.

Mr. Lloyd has advanced rapidly through Town Center Construction. Originally hired in September 2001 as a Field Technician, Mr. Lloyd was promoted to Field Superintendent in October 2003 has developed into a highly-motivated, knowledgeable dedicated Superintendent. He has taken a number of projects from the Estimating Stage through Project Completion. Mr. Lloyd has worked on a diverse portfolio of public/private projects.

Mr. Mackey has more than 10 years of experience in construction. Mr. Mackey graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in ConstructionManagement. Mr. Mackey was promoted to a Project Management position in early 2017.

Mr. Carter joined Town Center Construction in  August of 2003.  He is a graduate of  Akron University  with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Construction Engineering.   

Mr. Prusky has more than 5 years of experience in construction. Mr. Prusky graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.

Mr. Wolf has more than 30 years of construction experience and joined Town Center Construction in 2017. Mr. Wolf worked for multiple construction companies since 1988 including: Henle Builders Inc., Hall Excavation, Nyman Construction, and Hummel Construction. 
 

Mr. Yeager has more than 30 years of construction experience and joined Town Center Construction in 2017. Prior to TCC Mr. Yeager worked as a Masonry Supervisor.

Mr. Chikik has more than 5 years of construction experience. Mr. Chikik graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.

Mr. Blood has more than 20 years of construction experience and joined Town Center Construction in 2017. Most of Mr. Bloods experience prior to TCC was in Residential and Light Commercial Construction.
