Sterling-Pacific is a commercial exterior solutions contractor headquartered in Portland, Oregon. We are licensed in Oregon and Washington and are Certified MBE.  

We primarily focus on Roofing Solutions (New, Re-Roofs and Restorations) whether it's a flat roof or shingle as well as Fall Protection Systems.

Joe Calderon, the owner of Sterling Pacific is a Volunteer and on the Board of Directors of a non-profit called Constructing Hope which is a pre-apprentice program to where he meets teens and young adults and helps introduce and get them signed up in trade apprenticeship programs. Joe also volunteers as a Basketball couch for 2 youth groups and the Lincoln High School La Cross team.

We provide solutions and installation services for building owners throughout the Northwest. As a company, we are continually training our people so we can provide the best solutions and installations for our clients. We work directly with manufacturers so our people understand the latest installation and maintenance techniques. We consider ourselves a partner to our clients and as a partner we can meet the most demanding and complex situations and expectations.
