Scope Of Work

At the corner of 15th street and 5th ave in Park slope, new life has been given to this corner building.  In its' early years it was a bank but as you can see by in the first couple of pictures below - it morphed into just another nondescript building with no distinguishing characteristics. 

Today, it's been brought back to its early glory days.  Extensive exterior work revealed a beautiful limestone facade with original cast iron accents that were long covered over with layer upon layer of paint and tar.  A custom stone carving of a ship was discovered above the front door and all new windows and storefronts bring in tons of light.  Now it's a prime retail space for rent that any retailer would be proud of.
