Roundtable Builders Ltd. is a Manhattan based design-builder and general construction company focused on private residential commissions, commercial and institutional work. Partners Carmen B. Weets and Eamon Roche bring a combined 30 years of design, construction and project management experience to bear on every project, personally overseeing every detail from the initial design ideas to the final move in.

Roundtable Builders truly believe that this intensive and turnkey approach provides the best results for its clients and gives the firm authority and control to make sure that its jobs come in on time and budget. The company has over sixty significant projects completed both as design builders and as contractors building for other architects. The jobs tend to range in size from apartment gut renovations to brownstone restorations to commercial or institutional work which could be 10,000 sf or 30,000 sf.
