Scope Of Work

The mid-nineteenth century townhouse located in the heart of the Greenwich Village historical district maintains the aesthetic of its heritage, yet blends the best of the old and new to create a classic modern residence. A complete gut renovation and restoration, this townhouse took a year to build. Used both private and public functions, this townhouse was opened up in the back on the bottom two floors by installing a conservatory creating a light and airy space overlooking the landscaped back yard and patio.
