Gathering the right people to do the best job is one of the most important things that CEO Mike Sheehy learned from his father Cyril E. Sheehy Jr., the company’s founder. Cy knew the work started and ended with the people, and would be only as good as those performing the job. Work ethic, strength of character, attention to detail, expertise and pride in their skills were values that showed up in the end project by the people who worked on it day in and day out. Having the best people meant the client would get the best result. It was just that simple.
