Scope Of Work
This project is part of the larger South Bronx revitalization effort, specifically to rebuild Starlight Park along the newly revitalized Bronx River, which now features kayaking, fishing and other outdoor recreational use. Formerly a desolate piece of land, Starlight Park will provide a much-needed recreational space for a historically underserved neighborhood. In addition to the park site work, MLJ is contracted to construct two new pedestrian bridges, one over the river and one over railroad tracks, to provide the community with access to the new Park.
