Mr. Anderson joins Layne from Southcross Energy Partners, L.P., a Master Limited Partnership engaged in the natural gas midstream business, where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2012. Mr. Anderson previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Exterran Holdings, Inc. and Exterran Partners, L.P., a global market leader in natural gas compression and oil and gas services, from 2003 until 2012. Mr. Anderson also served as Chief Financial Officer and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Azurix Corp., a global owner and operator of water and wastewater assets, during his tenure from 1999 until 2003. Mr. Anderson began his career with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an investment banker after earning his undergraduate degree in business from Texas Tech University and his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Maher has served as Senior Vice President of Water and Minerals since March of 2016. Previously, Mr. Maher led Layne’s Mineral Services business as Division President, since January 1, 2013. Mr. Maher is an experienced executive with over 30 years of proven expertise in the drilling industry. Mr. Maher has led technical and complex operations, creating new opportunities, managing profit and loss and developing results-oriented strategic plans. Mr. Maher has run his own family business that was successfully integrated into Boart Longyear after it was acquired. At Boart Longyear, Mr. Maher was the Eastern Regional Manager for Environmental Infrastructure. Most recently he was Manager of Reverse Circulation & Mine Support Drilling Operations at Major Drilling. Mr. Maher has a Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geophysics from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Larry D. Purlee has served as President of Inliner which provides wastewater pipeline and structure rehabilitation services, since February 1, 2010. Mr. Purlee served as Executive Vice President of Reynolds Inliner, LLC from the early 1990s until February 1, 2010. Mr. Purlee has over 42 years of experience in the wastewater pipeline rehabilitation industry.

Michael Caliel was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the company on January 2nd 2015. Mr. Caliel has 30 years of global sales, management and operating experience and received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University. Prior to joining Layne, Mr. Caliel served as President and CEO (2011-2014) of the Invensys Software and Industrial Automation Division of Invensys plc (LSE:ISYS.L), a global software, systems and technology company that serves both manufacturing and infrastructure industries. Prior to that, Mr. Caliel served as President, CEO and Executive Director (2006-2011) of Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:IESC), a national provider of electrical and communications solutions for the commercial, industrial and residential markets.

Steven F. Crooke is the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel. Mr. Crooke served as Assistant General Counsel of the Company from 1997 to May 2000. For the period from June 2000 through April 2001, Mr. Crooke served as Corporate Legal Affairs Manager of Huhtamaki Van Leer Oyj. In early 2006, Mr. Crooke was promoted to Senior Vice President (SVP), Secretary and General Counsel. On October 14, 2014, Mr. Crooke assumed responsibility for Human Resources and on December, 5, 2014 was appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer for the company.
