Our Story

Our company Aqua-Nautik was founded in February 2001 by experienced and professional divers. In October 2003 the company has been registered in Europe as Aqua-Nautik GmbH (Ltd.), also listed as Aqua-Nautik Underwater-Work LLC in South Florida since 2017.

Health and safety is always our first and foremost priority. We only employ professional divers, which are specifically trained according to international standards. (HSE and ADCI Training Standards).

When it comes to construction, there is likely more buildable space out there than you think—underwater, or below the water table, for example.

It’s a message Aqua-Nautik Underwater-Work LLC delivers to potential clients early in the planning stages of their projects—when they can get the most benefit from the solutions that underwater construction can offer.

“We provide invisible steps for visible success,” says Carsten Thoermer, Aqua-Nautik Founder, CEO and Commercial Master Diver. Specialized civil engineering is a large part of Aqua-Nautik’s business. The company is on a mission to make building below the water table a possibility that is more front of mind for many here in the U.S. The company is working to ensure that more developers know of the value in this kind of construction—especially in areas like Miami, says Thoermer, where finding available land isn’t always easy.

We are only using the highest standard of professional  equipment and materials to fulfill  our customer's needs, but also our own requirements in quality. This will ensure to satisfy our customer's expectations and to keep Aqua-Nautik Underwater-Work in mind as a trustable and reliable partner. For the convenience of our customers, we are offering a 24/7-full service.

You're welcome to contact us for any questions and/or issues you might want to discuss.
