Shirley Evans-Wofford's Bio
As the chief executive, Shirley is responsible for the daily operation of all aspects of the firms' brokerage and consulting business. She is also charged with providing sound decision making for all facets of the firm that include, but are not limited to, estimating and preparing bids, selection and retention of both management and executive level personnel, rendering all financial decisions and contract execution.
With the experience obtained from serving as a Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan, Inc. for 22 years, she started Lambent Risk Management Services, Inc. (Lambent) in 2001. Initial services offerings focused on insurance placement for middle markets clients. Today, Lambent’s core service offerings have expanded to include third party claim administration, group health benefits and safety/loss control consulting.
With more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Shirley has served as the senior executive managing program design, procurement and placement of all lines of insurance for clients that include construction, municipalities industrial, entertainment, environmental; higher-level learning institutions and non-profit organizations.
Shirley is a licensed in Property, Casualty, Accident and Health insurance broker and has completed numerous education and training coursework across all insurance disciplines. As an active member in her community Shirley serves on a number of Boards, education and social committees. She is presently the Board President for Literacy Chicago.

Junior Pierre's Bio
Junior Pierre has over twenty years in the insurance industry. He is a business professional offering experience in underwriting, brokerage services, operations, marketing, claims, risk management, and strategic planning in the insurance industry.
With excellent people skills, he has developed a reputation in the insurance industry of delivering exceptional customer service for his clients and serving as an advocate for clients to ensure that each program receives the most comprehensive coverage while generating savings in the form of reduced premiums. His specialties are placements in various industries, including, but, not limited to, Construction, Education, Non-Profits, Real Estate, and Information Technology.
Junior maintains designations as an Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Legal Principles Claims Specialist (LPCS) and is a 2018 Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) candidate.
As the Assistant Vice President, he is charged with serving as the practice leader and subject matter expert responsible for placing and procuring insurance for large Property, Casualty and Catastrophic Risk for self-insured and large deductible programs. In addition, his managerial duties include supervisory oversight of property and casualty account managers and marketing associates.
Michael Robinson's Bio
Michael Robinson has 30 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. He has in-depth experience working with municipalities and large employer groups developing, implementing and servicing workplace benefits. Michael is proficient in ERISA and Non-ERISA regulations as relates to employer-sponsored plans.
Michael has spent 20 years working with MetLife as an Account Executive. He managed major healthcare accounts and provided insurance and retirement planning services and employee benefits to major employer groups. He was also responsible for conducting educational seminars, open enrollments and servicing healthcare groups. He spent four years as a Regional Sales Manager assigned to the states of Michigan and Indiana managing over $240M employer-sponsored retirement plans and voluntary employee benefit administration trusts.
Since joining Lambent as the manager of Lambent's Human Capital Practice, he is responsible for the acquisition and servicing of employer group benefit plans and servicing existing employer groups comprised of governmental entities and corporations.
As current member of the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and a past member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Michael continues to keep abreast of the changes in the Life and Healthcare industry. Collegiate coursework includes business level courses at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, completion of career development workshops, attendance at educational seminars and the successful completion of required curriculum for Certified Financial Planner designation through Grand Valley State University. Michael is licensed in Life, Health & Accident insurance.
