Mr. Sprinkle brings over eight (8) years of experience in the construction industry with a background in business operations and development. His leadership skills coupled with his 20 plus years of Military Service have been essential in the growth of Covenant Construction. Alan is responsible for seeing that the company remains in good standing with the various construction standards and regulations along with seeking out new opportunities for development and growth.

Mr. Garner brings over eight (8) years experience in Field Operations and Project Management to our organization. Along with meeting the demands of challenging schedules as project and general superintendent, Aaron provides a background in estimating services.

Mr. Fliehler brings over eight (8) years of experience in Project Management and Estimating to our company. Brian has expertise in contract/subcontract negotiations, liaison between contractor and owner, coordination of architects and engineers in a design-build team concept and cost analysis.
