Brian Rhoton's Bio
Mr. Rhoton has been in the home building business for almost 19 years during which he held key roles in several successful homebuilding and land development companies. Some of his career highlights have been as VP of Land Acquisition and Entitlement and Area President for a large private home building company. During his role as VP and President Mr. Rhoton along with Mr. Abbott built the largest home building/development company in Northern Arizona. Brian’s success is largely due to his ability to successfully acquire, entitle, develop and sell land and homes in a variety of municipalities in Arizona.
During his career, Mr. Rhoton has designed and entitled 6 master plans totaling nearly 10,000 lots and has built approximately 1800 homes.
In his community, Mr. Rhoton is actively involved in many charitable, religious and community causes. He currently serves as a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America. He is an Eagle Scout.
Mr. Rhoton graduated with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Arizona in 2002. He has held residential and commercial construction licenses and is a licensed realtor in the State of Arizona.

Jerry Abbott's Bio
Mr. Abbott has been in the home building business for 24 years, nine of those years as Division President for large national home builders. Mr. Abbott grew a company from just one employee to becoming the largest production builder in Northern AZ employing over 100 employees. His success is largely due to his ability to entitle land through various municipalities along with his experience in production home building. His ability to build relationships and negotiate deal structures that benefit both parties has led him to be one of the most successful production builders in Northern Arizona.
During his career, Mr. Abbott has designed and entitled 7 master plans that totaled nearly 11,000 lots. He has delivered close to 5,000 homes to satisfied customers in Arizona and Utah.
When it comes to new technologies, Mr. Abbott is actively involved in developing new building techniques to maximize energy efficiencies in newly constructed homes. In 2003 he became the first home builder to provide Energy Star rated homes as a standard feature, saving his customers hundreds of dollars in utility bills and creating a more environmentally friendly home
In his community, Mr. Abbott has continued to be actively involved in many charitable, religious and community causes. He has served as a Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America for 4 years and is currently serving as a Scout Master for his local Troop of 18 boys. He is an Eagle Scout. He has served on the City Storm Water Commission and has held several positions in his local Church organization.
Mr. Abbott graduated with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah in 1995.
