Very impressed! I called at about 10am to report that our garage door was broken, and so mangled and out of alignment that it couldn't even be manually opened or closed. By 12:30pm, a technician (Preston) was at our home, and within about an hour he had everything working and gliding perfectly. Thanks for the great service!
Garage Door Medics is excellent. We requested an appointment online and we promptly had a call back to schedule a garage door service. We are in Palm Desert, CA. Eric Murphy was the technician that was sent out to us and Eric is truly 5 star! We have a German made garage door opener that is difficult to service, and we needed additional remote openers which were difficult to find, we were told. Eric was completely knowledgeable about the issue, about the opener that we have....he was able to program universal remotes to work with this opener. He educated us to the pros and cons of the existing opener, shared his recommendation for solution should this one become problematic. Eric knows his business! He is our go-to for any garage door issues....he is the Garage Door Medic! thank you Eric!
