Brian Street is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has extensive experience as a Senior Operations executive, and has been working in the real estate development field for the past decade. Brian joined Castle Group in 2011, and provides our Royal Service® to numerous properties and residents.
Craig Vaughan's Bio
Craig is a dynamic and creative financial resource for all of our clients. He is both a CPA and Licensed Community Association Manager. Often described as Castle’s “culture driver”, Craig is extremely proud of his role in leading Castle to be both a Great Place to Work, as recognized by the South Florida Business Journal, and a Good to Great Company, as recognized by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
Fiona DiDomenico's Bio
Fiona DiDomenico is the Vice President who heads operations on the West Coast of Florida. Ms. DiDomenico came to Castle from Lennar, she was their Senior Vice President of Sales. Ms. DiDomenico is an integral part of our Developer Services Team and fully understands how Castle can support the sales teams as well as established associations.

James brings over 20 years of business consulting experience to Castle including senior management roles with leading national and international real estate firms. His positive attitude ensures that Royal Service® is delivered to each and every customer, each and every day. James also serves as a current Corporate Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County.
James Donnelly's Bio
James is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Group. With over 25 years of experience serving community associations, James is a CPA, licensed Community Association Manager, General Contractor, investor, and prominent speaker in the industry. James is also a passionate community leader and benefactor of numerous philanthropic organizations. He is currently the Chair of the Broward Business Council on Homelessness and the immediate past Chair of the Broward Workshop. James is the Vice-Chair of the Community Foundation Board of Directors and sits on the Board of Advisors of the LeMieux Center for Public Policy at Palm Beach Atlantic University. The South Florida Business Journal has recognized James as one of Broward County’s Ultimate CEOs, and in 2014 he was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
Jordan Goldman's Bio
Jordan is the “brains behind the brand” at Castle Group. Often described as having an infectious personality, he is a dynamic, energetic and a versatile leader. He brings over a decade of real estate development, construction and management experience to Castle. Prior to joining Castle he held several leadership positions for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. In his present role as Vice President of Business Development he leads Castle Group’s branding, marketing and growth initiatives. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and is also a Licensed Community Association Manager.
Nicholas Aleyanis's Bio
Nick is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in luxury Condominium and Homeowner Associations, service delivery, program/project management and has held numerous executive level positions with both private industry and the Federal Government. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational and Behavioral Science from National University in San Diego, CA., and is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. He is also a licensed Community Association Manager and is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
Rob Donnelly's Bio
As one of Castle Group’s founding partners, Rob has been in charge of operations since the company’s inception. Rob’s attention to detail and focus on implementing Castle’s systems has helped drive Castle Group to its current position as one of the leading companies in the industry. Rob’s favorite acronym at Castle is CANI: Constant and Never-ending Improvement, and he is often referred to as the “nuts and bolts” guy at Castle. He has earned the industry’s highest accreditation, the PCAM, and also holds LCAM, AMS and CMCA titles, as well as a Real Estate Broker’s License.
Stacy Titleman's Bio
Stacy Titleman is a highly passionate customer experience and employee engagement leader. In her role, she is directly responsible for Castle Group’s accounting and financial related services. She brings more than 25 years of industry experience in CIRA accounting and has successfully implemented various operational and technology-related property management solutions. Her forward-thinking ideas and team-building skills help foster a culture of innovation across departments. Stacy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting information systems from Pace University, is an active member of our CastleCares® philanthropic arm and is an associate member of the FICPA.

Cathy Donnelly's Bio
Cathy Donnelly is the Director of Community Relations for Castle Group. In this capacity, she oversees the philanthropic arm of Castle Group, CastleCares® which was established in 2010. The mission of CastleCares® is to serve children and families in need throughout Florida. In 2015 she established Castles Day Of Caring which is a company wide event that supports various charities all over the state of Florida. Cathy is currently serving a four year appointment with the Children’s Services in Broward County. Cathy was appointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott in the summer of 2015. Cathy is Past Chairman for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County and an active board member since 2004. She is currently a United Way Tocqueville member and sits with Community Foundation for Art in Community as well as supporting countless other non for profits in the communities we serve.
