With over 46 years of experience at GTech Construction Services you get the full package. Owner Irv Gianneschi started out in 1977 working as a laborer in his teens. Through the years he went from the ground to operating, to field management, to General Superintendent, to estimator, chief estimator, Operations Manager to Executive Vice President always learning and thirsting for more in this field he has made a lifelong commitment to.

In Chicago, Irv started out with D&W Equipment out of Brookfield, IL where he joined Local Operators Union 150 Then went to T&W Edmier in Elmhurst Illinois when they purchased D&W, and worked as an operator their until 1986 when he moved to Indianapolis and was lucky enough to go to work with well known Horth brothers (Don, Bob, Doug and Dons daughter Karen Horth) at Central Engineering and the story went on from there. He has been around the block over the years loving every company he worked for. Among them were Valenti-Held, Poindexter, Rhino Excavating, Kreger Brothers, Denny Demolition and Boyd & Sons. 

GTech projects go accordingly to plan. The first major step of the process is the estimating the project correctly the first time. Owner Irv Gianneschi bids all projects himself, builds the project as he is bidding and ensures he is delivering everything the GC needs and what might be needed that they did not account for. With the attention to detail in the beginning Irv and his GTech team ensures the project can be done on time and on budget. There are no surprises. GTech has a personal approach to every project that is unmatched to any other contractor.
