Patrick founded Flynn Construction in 1986 and has been at the helm of construction in Austin for over three decades of growth and expansion.

With a background in architectural engineering and building design, Patrick brings a wide range of expertise to each project, including significant experience building data center and cleanroom facilities in both the public and private sectors. His leadership has earned Flynn Construction numerous awards for maintaining the highest standard of quality, including seven consecutive "Excellence in Construction" awards between 2009 and 2012. 

Over the course of his career, Patrick has also maintained a particular focus on issues related to sustainability, energy conservation and environmental preservation.

Preston has 8 years of experience assisting with labor and safety coordination on multiple projects. He now oversees projects ranging from corporate offices to cleanrooms and labs. 

He now leads Flynn's Special Projects Division, focusing on mission-critical projects including cleanrooms, data centers, bioscience facilities, and other advanced technology constructions. His skills highlight the company’s goal of outstanding project execution.

Byron has over 8 years of experience in the construction industry. 

After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University, he began his career serving in positions such as project manager, project engineer, and estimator. 

He has been the Senior Estimator with Flynn Construction for 2 years, overseeing projects ranging from $1,000,000-
$65,000,000. Bryon has been responsible for tasks such as 3D modeling, BIM coordination, value engineering, and subcontractor management.

Landon has 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Landon began his career serving in positions Such as Senior Research Analyst. Project Construction Manager, Quality Control and Estimator. Working on projects ranging from S500.000-$20,000.000, Landon has been responsible for tasks such as quality management, quantity take-offs, technical proposals, estimating, constructability and subcontractor management.

Russell has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from engineering management to project management. 

He specializes in overseeing projects in the K-12, Higher Education and Government Sectors. He is experienced in leading CMaR and Design-Build teams on large public projects. Russell’s experience in technical building includes the construction of the AISD Cold Storage Warehouse Addition which operates at -10 degrees Fahrenheit and was built with best practices for sub-zero environments.
