Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of Morningside’s historic community, Morningside Park’s $1.4 Million tennis court renovation and addition offers the city eight new asphalt tennis courts for the general public to enjoy. This scope included furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing seven tennis courts, and the addition of one new court. The project also included the construction of a new plaza with seating, tables, and other site furnishings; landscaping, an irrigation system, a prefabricated tennis practice wall, new fencing, Sports lighting and resurfacing, and restriping of the existing parking lot.
