These guys are a wild bunch. I love there work. I was 90days behind on this project after hiring a big name contractor to do this job. I guess it wasnt big enough for them to make it a priority so it was dragging. I was about to start pulling my hair out.
I ran across Built Property by chance while in wynwood. They were putting an addition on back of a property there and i simply asked for a business card. It went from there.
John sent me back a bid about 2weeks later. Not the fastest estimating time but it wasnt a big deal. He works in the field so im sure he is probably always busy.
Their price was about 50k cheaper than what i was quoted by the current contractors. I asked alot of questions. I didnt know these guys feom a can of paint. I never heard of them before. They really knew what they were talking about. William seemed the most knowledgeable. I asked many questions to test his knowledge and he was on top of his game. I was empressed. They are pretty young but they are good. They were there on the project steadily. I even saw them working oit there a few sundays. Sometimes the crew was there until 8pm. Dedicated. The guys might look scary and rough around the edges but humble veey respectable. Well mannered and polite guys. I also appreciated how they kept the site clean. I was doing tours with potential future buyers and they did a good job of keeping areas safe and clean.
They finished about 2weeks before the time line they gave me from onset. I was already far behind due to the previous contractor so i really appreciated the early finish. Over all i was very happy. Even invited John and william for a round of gulf and dinner. Good guys honestly. Thank so much guys. In Miami it tough finding relaible workers. Im happy i met you guys.
