History

   I started out as early as possible, operating equipment for my parents Plumbing, Sewer, Water and General Contracting business. I earned my apprenticeship by working alongside every trade in the construction business and in 2003 received my Plumber's license. In 2013, I started up Atlantic Plumbing S&W Inc. after a couple years building homes in Chicago. The unique arch of my experience in construction has had me remodel(plumbing) 28,000sqft. Grocery Stores  (El Gureo Supermarcado, Fiesta Market, Cermak Produce), Multi-Million dollar Single Family homes, 20-unit new construction Multi-use buildings, Bars & Restaurants, all the way down to rodding out a sink in one of the stores. We take care of our clients needs and stand by our craftsmanship.  

      On the General Contracting/Developer side, we have had a stellar year building a 6-Unit (3140 N Elston Ave.(SELL OUT)) and a 9-Unit with 2 Storefronts(3203 N Ridgeway), and having finished them, are ready to take on new challenges. New Projets on the table include an identical 6-unit located at 3216 N Francisco Ave. Chicago. 

Goals

1.    To continue to build awareness in the importance of proper plumbing installations. There is a reason why the Illinois Department of Public Health is the governing body that sets the standards.
2.    To build the community and neighborhoods.
3.    To work on making ADA installations commonplace and promote access to all.
4.     Do work that we can be proud of at a competitive rate.
5.     Teach the next generation through the apprentice program.
