Chestnut Development

Steve Gronow and Chestnut Development, LLC have memberships at the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce.  Steve is an active member of the Livingston Sunrise Rotary Club, Rotarian of The Year and Paul Harris Award recipient.

Steve has been an active participant in Volunteer work and Fundraising for Love INC, which helps families in Crisis through 57 member churches in Livingston County. Steve and his wife Patty are Host and founders of the LeConcours De Livingston to benefit Love INC, but not currently active. Steve volunteer Mentors to High School students for Reaching Higher, which is an amazing 9 week program to build leadership and confidence in youth, he is also a Leader in the Children’s program for Celebrate Recovery at the Brighton Nazarene Church, and Steve and Patty support several non-profit community organizations for the developmentally disabled in the the Livingston County area.

Heather grew up in the Lansing area, and earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science from Michigan State University. She began her career in property management fresh out of college, starting as a leasing consultant and working up to a community manager. She has over 15 years of experience in the industry, which has taken her to places such as San Francisco and Phoenix. She moved to Howell in 2013 and fell in love with the community. 

If you were to ask what her favorite aspect of her job is, it would be meeting new people and building great relationships with residents.

She loves spending time with family, and has two small children and a pomeranian that keep her on her toes.

Aubrey went to Howell High School and has lived in Livingston County most of her life.  She attended Washtenaw Community College where she earned her Degree in Business Administration.  She currently lives in Howell with her Husband and their Children.  Aubrey is a licensed Michigan Realtor® affiliated with Chestnut Real Estate.  She loves having the opportunity to help and support people in making one of their biggest life decisions.  She is passionate in ensuring it is a positive experience for everyone she works with.

Christian is a proud Howell High alumnus and currently, lives in Howell with his wife and two children. He is a licensed Michigan Realtor® affiliated with Chestnut Real Estate. With his digital marketing experience from managing a team at Google, along with years of experience in sales, Christian has been able to build a successful track record of marketing and selling his client's homes. In combination with his digital marketing background, he has also utilized his experience researching local properties for commercial and residential developers, to evolve into the commercial real estate space. A native of Howell, MI, Victoria Nulty has been a resident of Livingston County since birth, which is a date she is unwilling to give up.  She is a licensed Michigan Realtor® affiliated with Chestnut Real Estate.  Victoria is highly knowledgeable in the Livingston real estate market and brings with her a team of Real Estate Industry leaders who together work on your behalf. In addition, Victoria believes that it is paramount that she provides her clients the maximum amount of service and information to assist them in making sound real estate decisions.

Kelly earned a Bachelor's Degree in English/Speech Communications and has her Michigan Real Estate License. She brings a mix of experience having worked in both Real Estate sales and home building. Kelly has had a passion for real estate since her early years, and an interest in real estate law. She has great respect for the building process and enjoys working in this field because everyday presents new challenges and the opportunity to learn new things. 

Kelly has been a resident of Livingston County since 2009 and has enjoyed seeing the amazing growth of such a great community over the past several years. 

She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, loves the outdoors, reading, animals, and music. She is a busy mother of 4.
