FM International, Inc. is a full service Mechanical and General Contracting firm. Established in 1961 as Frische – Mullin Inc., a Full Service HVAC Contractor providing expert engineering, design, installation and maintenance of Heating & Air Conditioning systems for Industrial, Institutional, Commercial and Residential customers. Due to the recent change of our primary focus, as of July 2013 the company has adopted our new identification of FM International, Inc. We are headquartered in Toledo, OH with offices in Guam. FM International is a Federal 8a Certified Minority Owned Small Business. We are truly the “Total Comfort Professionals with a Degree of Difference”.
