The companies are privately-held by a group of key principals who are instrumental in their day-to-day management.  This structure ensures that the Group's interests are always perfectly aligned with those of the client.

Prior to forming Park7, the management team developed and managed a 16,000+ bed student housing portfolio. Serving as both owners and managers of this nationwide portfolio has fostered an ownership mentality, with all decisions being driven by core property management principles, rather than artificial short-term objectives.  The performance of this portfolio speaks volumes of Park7's aptitude in development and management, having consistently maintained over 99% occupancy, less than 1.0% credit loss, and 3-5% year over year rental rate increases.
