Douglas A. Motley's Bio
Mr. Motley is a Partner at Broadpoint and brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate, consulting, and finance to the firm.
Mr. Motley is also a Founding Principal of Rockford Capital Partners, a real estate investment and management firm, where he leads the finance activities. Additionally, he is a Principal of Jack Lingo Asset Management, a real estate development and asset management company, and leads the financial, capital markets, investor relations, and risk management activities, and is heavily involved in all aspects of the asset management and land development functions as well. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee for a regional real estate development firm. Prior to his career in real estate, Doug held various management positions in corporate finance and business unit strategy as a Vice President at MBNA Corp (Bank of America)
A native of Delaware, Mr. Motley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, is active with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Delaware, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Delaware Alumni Association.
John W. Schneider's Bio
Mr. John W. Schneider, a licensed Professional Engineer, is a Partner at Broadpoint. He has more than 14 years of experience in capital project and , inspections and assessments, infrastructure and permitting, and capital and reserves budget analysis for projects and clients in several mid-Atlantic markets. Prior to its merger with Broadpoint Consulting Group, John was the Owner and Principal of Innovation Development Services, which provided general contracting, commercial and fit-out, problem-solving, capital reserves studies and analysis, and project services, as well as expert testimony and dispute resolution for property managers, condominium associations, and homeowners associations.
Mr. Schneider previously served as Senior Project Manager/Engineer of the Ocean Atlantic Companies where he was responsible for the , permitting, and oversight of all horizontal activities companywide. Mr. Schneider’s expertise and style were instrumental in the timely completion of several large residential land development projects in southern Delaware where his strong and diverse technical engineering background literally paved the way for success.
Before joining the Ocean Atlantic team, Mr. Schneider held various Project Engineer positions with the Delaware Department of Transportation, Pennoni Associates, Inc., and Century Engineering, Inc. John is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Engineering Technology as well as an NCEES record holder and registered professional engineer in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Autumn Drulis's Bio
Autumn Drulis is the Office Manager for Broadpoint Construction. Her responsibilities include management of office operations and procedures, implementation of administrative controls, review and approval of supply requisitions, assignment and monitoring of clerical functions, and assistance with invoicing/billing. Her experience working for an established attorney and running a successful non-profit organization aide in her efforts to ensure that the company operations work effectively and run smoothly. Autumn’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills make her a key member of the Broadpoint team.
Ryan Mitchell's Bio
Ryan Mitchell is a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of commercial construction experience. Ryan’s career began in the Washington DC and Baltimore metro areas where he managed the construction of multi-family housing, hotels, big-box retail, government buildings, and law-enforcement facilities, in addition to several large commercial fit-outs and renovations (including an exterior façade renovation project for the National Gallery of Art).
As Director of Project Management, Mr. Mitchell reports to the President and oversees multiple Broadpoint projects. He serves as the main point of contact for Owner/Developers on large projects, and manages the efforts of site superintendents. His responsibilities include project planning, schedule creation and management, estimating, budget adherence, selection submittals & approvals, RFI submittal & coordination, creation of change-orders, and project administration.
Ryan is a graduate of Salisbury University with a bachelor of science in Business Management.

Gail Logullo's Bio
Gail Logullo is a Superintendent for Broadpoint Construction and brings more than 25 years of construction experience to the team. Since joining Broadpoint, she has overseen various residential and commercial projects for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual homeowners.
Prior to joining Broadpoint Construction in 2012, Gail worked for Dilsheimer Communities for 20 years in a variety of roles including Superintendent, Project Manager and Vice President of Construction. She was responsible for all construction activities, developing vacant parcels of land into 25 new housing communities in New Castle County (DE), Kent County (DE), and Chester County (PA).
Gail brings a wealth of construction experience to the team and prides herself on providing a top-notch experience for her customers.
John Klauder's Bio
He brings with him 33 years of residential and commercial construction experience. He began his career part time with a family owned masonry company in New Jersey. His next step was to continue his education in architecture until tragedy struck, his family home was burned down. At age 19, he had to stop school to rebuild his family home. This lead him to open up his own construction company and to complete his fire training to become a firefighter for the State is New Jersey, continuing both until moving to Delaware in 2002. Since coming to Delaware, he has focused his time and energy in commercial construction where he has expanded his expertise in all areas of large commercial projects.
He currently resides in Delaware with his three children.
Justin Denehy's Bio
Justin Denehy is a native of New Jersey, where he followed in his father’s footsteps entering the construction industry 14 years ago as a Union Carpenter. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, he grew into the role of superintendent. As a superintendent in NYC, Justin worked on a wide array of construction projects from office fit-outs and hospitals to the World Trade Center. Outside of work, his primary focus is his wife, Erica, and his three children Mia, Jackson, and Noah. Justin has a strong belief the foundation for a successful project is built on the same family principal and only as a unit can a project be completed on time and safely.
Lucas Lynch's Bio
Lucas Lynch, a Delmar, Delaware native, has 12 years of management experience prior to his employment with Broadpoint Construction. His civilian experience includes site supervisor for Perdue Agribusiness and more currently operations shift supervisor at the Department of Homeland Security. His 14 years of military experience includes three overseas tours of duty with the Army and his current responsibilities in the Maryland Army National Guard are as a platoon sergeant and unit retention NCO.
Ray Viloria's Bio
Ray Viloria is a Superintendent for Broadpoint and brings 13 years of construction management experience to the team. He is responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use residential projects.
Ray began his career in the construction industry as a Superintendent with the NV Homes Division of NVR Inc. in the DC Metropolitan Region. During his tenure there, he constructed over 40 homes in less than two years. Prior to joining Broadpoint, he was a Project Manager for Urban Investment Partners, a real-estate developer in Washington D.C. While there, Ray managed an eclectic portfolio of projects, ranging from apartment/condominium building renovations to the restoration of a 1920’s four-square home in Chevy Chase MD, to retail tenant fit-outs in 2 states and the District of Columbia.
A native of the Eastern Shore, Ray attended Virginia Tech and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
Tom Kelly's Bio
Tom Kelly, a native of the Washington DC area, grew up the only boy of 4 children and spent his summers helping on restaurant service calls for his father’s plumbing business. Tom studied nursing at Montgomery College but turned his focus back to construction, starting his career as a contract framing and millwork carpenter. Expanding his education in the field as a foreman and field engineer, he eventually found himself as the site supervisor of multi-family and mixed-use projects in Washington DC. Over the last 4 years he managed the concrete construction of column & deck high rise buildings, places of worship, and publicly funded projects. Tom is particularly well versed in workplace safety compliance. He has a strong belief that people will always come first; making the needs of clients and team work his top priority.
