Scope Of Work

The Rehoboth Beach Country Club Renovation project was Broadpoint’s first joint venture with another area commercial builder, Grayson + Grayson & Associates (GG+A), which concluded with the successful completion of the 32,000+ square-foot country club rejuvenation. While GG+A’s role was to provide on-site support, contract administration, and project management services, Broadpoint lead the charge with initial project bidding/estimating, on-going project change order costing, negotiations, administration, and overall project executive support to the GG+A team. The project included a complete renovation of the club’s men’s & woman’s locker rooms, dining facility, main ballroom, two commercial kitchens, creation of a bar overlooking the Rehoboth Bay, casual dining room complete with pizza oven, new pool, deck, pool mechanical building and snack shack. The Broadpoint and GG+A partnership worked diligently through the many challenges of 2020 to complete this project on-time and under-budget. The newly renovated club is the jewel of the Rehoboth Beach country club scene!
