Scope Of Work
Broadpoint was delighted to work with regional builder, Schell Brothers, on the construction of the 10,500 square-foot Peninsula Lakes Community Clubhouse located in the Peninsula Lakes Community in Millsboro, DE. Schell’s design team incorporated the exterior curb appeal and spectacular interior design that they have become famous for in the region. This project includes a spacious lounge and bar with coffered ceilings, adjacent game room and covered lanai both with their own fireplace, catering kitchen, conference center, yoga room, fitness center, outdoor firepit area, and let us not forget the inlaid life-sized chess board. We look forward to partnering with Schell on another one of these soon!
