Broadpoint converted a dated 2nd floor residential apartment into a modern office-space, the likes of which you’ll see more often in Philadelphia and Washington D.C. The build features brick detail walls, floor to ceiling glass systems, exposed ductwork, a lounge, and a kitchen among other features.
