Scope Of Work
This multifamily project was comprised of six three story apartment buildings totaling 138 units, public community pool, and clubhouse amenity. Broadpoint was competitively bid and was selected as the Construction Manager and delivered this cost-plus a GMP project on-time and over $1.6MM under-budget. Construction concluded in April of 2020 with the final building completion, and the 138 unit project was at full occupancy before the end of September.
