Scope Of Work
Broadpoint completed Cuvée Ray Wine Bar & Restaurant, a downtown Rehoboth Beach renovation, in July 2018. This build for first-time restaurateurs involved revamping the bones of an aging structure, refurbishing floors, adding new lighting and light fixtures, reorientation of the bathrooms, window replacement, custom millwork, exterior painting and roof repairs and creation of an exposed-glass customized wine storage room, among other items. The project took roughly four-and-a-half months.
