Scope Of Work
Broadpoint constructed Bluecoast Rehoboth over a 6-month period in 2017. Located at the Rehoboth Gateway shopping center, the nearly 5,000 square foot restaurant and raw bar was constructed for SoDel Concepts, an award-winning Delaware-based restaurant group with 10 locations on the Delaware Coast.
