After 30 years in the construction industry, with 17 years in executive positions, Tom Motschull started TOMCO Retail Construction, Inc.

TOMCO Retail Construction is a full service commercial General Contractor and construction project management company based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.  The project management team here has worked with high visibility retailers such as Ann Taylor, Sunglass Hut, Anthropology, Sephora, Intermix, Urban Outfitters, Banana Republic, Chico’s, Best Buy, Eddie Bauer, Fossil, Gap, Old Navy, LOFT, Verizon, Men’s Wearhouse, Target, ULTA and many more.

TOMCO focuses on new construction, open store remodels along with small and large-scale roll outs.
