He has completed domestic and international projects in all the major sectors totaling over $1.5 billion. Effective leadership entails strategically staffing projects based on size and complexity, implementing controls for out of scope work, motivating team members, and incorporating methodologies for maintaining timely & accurate cost and schedule projections. Shane delivers on the premise of knowing the smallest of details reflect the quality and integrity of a project.

While building the U.S. Consulate in India, Shane was inspired by the country’s vibrancy and discovered his passion for photography. Perhaps his most popular talent is revealed when he hosts his famous crawfish boils, hearkening to his Louisiana roots. In short, Shane is one BMF!
