Best Waste Inc. is located in Seguin and provides the highest quality Residential and Roll Off services in the Tri-County area. Best Waste is locally owned by Royce Gray who has served this area for 38 years in various upper management positions of publicly owned waste management companies as well as the owner of Central Texas Waste Inc. (Cen-Tex) back in the 1990’s. It is his passion to not only provide the highest quality service to each customer but to do so with the highest level of integrity. His wife, Lynette Best-Gray has also been in the industry with an expertise in roll offs since 1998 and has worked at IESI and River City Waste in the past before Best Waste added a line of roll off service to their menu.

I am very excited to bring my personal experience and knowledge back
to this market with the creation of Best Waste Inc. I am very
passionate about the industry as it has been my life and even more
passionate about this area as I have been a resident for over 36 years
and have many great friends and wonderful memories of the area. You
will find our company to be very involved in the community that we
serve and with our knowledge of the area and its unique needs that
only a true local can have we will structure our services to fulfill
those needs and do so with the highest integrity.
I have been accused of being longwinded so with that being said I will list my priorities for our Company for you in bullet points and then close with my personal message.
We will always answer our phone with a live person during office hours! ( no call center located in another city or state or computerized system where you are placed in a que for long periods of time waiting on a live person)
We will provide you with full service that includes a 96 gallon cart and will allow you up to 5 additional bags per pick up.
We will utilize smaller trucks that weigh far less than the huge automated trucks the other companies are moving towards. The largest cost to most areas of the County are street Maintenance and many of the Home Owners Associations have to foot the bill for street repair so we will do all we can to assist in reducing the wear and tear on the roads of the areas we serve. The move towards automated trucks by the large companies is to increase their margins and cut jobs with no concern for the limits they place on the resident or the additional wear they are placing on our streets with every turn of the wheel.
We will send you an invoice that is simple to read and understand and I promise we will not add numerous fees as time goes on where your trash bill begins to rival your cell phone bill for fees collected.
We offer for those who like using a computer online access to your account as well as on line payment capability. We also offer paperless billing. If you are not a computer person we will provide you a paper invoice just like always and you can send a check or pay by phone by calling our office.
We will always purchase from the local community whenever possible. We purchase our Fuel, Tires, Printing, most parts and insurance local.
In closing I want to assure each customer and potential customer that we will always take your call with enthusiasm and a true desire to assist you. I will always instill in our employees to deliver the highest level of service possible.
