Barthenheier Construction specializes in structural foundation work for both new construction and historic restoration, providing commercial and industrial consulting and construction services to architects, engineers and directly to clients. 

Established in 1980 by the late Charles Barthenheier, the family-run business has now encompassed three generations. 

The company has built a reputation in historic preservation in Milwaukee’s ?downtown, Third and Fifth Wards, and the greater Milwaukee area. It provides job-site management, scheduling and subcontractor supervision for many of the city’s landmark buildings.
