            Chief Construction has been in operation for the past 26 years and continues to expand and adapt. The founder and President, Brian Pambogo, first broke ground in 1993, the same year he obtained his general contractors license. He has done everything from building luxury mansions in Beverly Hills to jet fuel systems at Camp Pendleton. Recently Chief Construction's niche has been building restaurants, medical buildings, and cannabis farms. Our reach expands from Chula Vista to Santa Barbara, and we have been advisors to out of state work as well. We specialize in ground up, new construction, remodels, and design build.
