Agustin Arellano's Bio
Agustin is co-founder and Chairman of NV2A Group. A well-known figure in the healthcare and higher education construction industry, Agustin focuses primarily on business development opportunities, strengthening existing and forming new relationships with clients, partners and philanthropic organizations. He is instrumental in the development and oversight of the company’s overall business strategy.
Agustin served as President of his former construction company from its inception in 1974 through December 2013. He was the driving force behind the company for more than 42 years and helped grow it from a start up to a $250 million a year contractor. In 2008, he led the sale of the business to a multi-national builder headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Agustin remained an integral part of the company post-acquisition, serving as Chairman and as a primary point of contact for long-time clients such as Baptist Health, University of Miami, Florida International University, Jackson Health Trust, Mount Sinai, Bacardi Group, among others.
Agustin’s active engagement and contribution to the community is immeasurable. He gives back in distinct ways either through financial contributions or through thought leadership in philanthropic organizations including the YMCA, University of Miami, FIU, Miami Dade College, and Miami Light House for the Blind, among others.
Agustin is a Texas A&M University alumnus and currently resides in Miami, Florida with his wife. He has 3 children and 11 grandchildren.
Agustin Arellano, Jr's Bio
Agustin is co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of NV2A Group, responsible for all accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative functions of the company. He plays a key role in the development and execution of corporate strategy.
Agustin has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry, having served as Chief Financial Officer for his former family company. The business was later sold to a multi-national builder headquartered in Madrid, Spain, where he continued contributing in this capacity as well as Executive Vice President. Agustin’s background in the higher education, healthcare, and commercial sectors complements NV2A’s strengths as a South Florida builder.
Agustin served for eight years at Ransom Everglades School Alumni Board, where he has shared his time and talents since his graduation in 1990. He has also been active on non-profit boards, serving as Director of the KJ Arellano Foundation, honorary board member and former chair of the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, member of the Orange Bowl Committee, former chair of FIU’s Department of Construction Management Industry Advisory Council, and former board member of the Riviera Country Club.
Agustin earned his bachelor’s degree at Duke University and MBA at the University of Chicago. He currently lives in Miami, FL with his wife and their 4 children.
Gilberto Neves's Bio
Gilberto is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of NV2A Group, responsible for establishing the company’s vision and strategy, as well as the overall business, policies and procedures. During his 35-year career, Gilberto has built an impressive project portfolio in Florida, among other U.S. states and overseas, leading him to become one of South Florida’s most trusted and recognized construction executives.
Through his more than 30 years serving as CEO of the North American construction arm of a worldwide conglomerate, Gilberto established a footprint of iconic infrastructure built under his watch to include the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the American Airlines Arena, more than $2.5 billion in expansion and capital improvement projects at Miami International and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airports, $1.1 billion highway loop around Houston, Texas and more than $600 million of hurricane flood protection projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Louisiana, among other prominent projects.
Gilberto embarks now on a special journey with the realization of his company NV2A Group, in partnership with recognized industry leaders Agustin Arellano, Sr., Agustin Arellano, Jr., and Jesus Vazquez. With over 150 years of collective experience in the local market, the team offers the most comprehensive construction management services in South Florida. Together, they promote the company’s vision to continue bringing the kind of infrastructure that elevates the region as a business, cultural and tourism hub.
Gilberto has received numerous business awards and recognitions for his outreach efforts and contributions to the development of disadvantaged and small business contractors. He was involved with the YMCA of Greater Miami for several years, and recently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he has sat on the boards of the Florida International University Center for Leadership and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts Trust.
Gilberto is a Harvard Business School alumnus and holds a degree in civil engineering from Kennedy Engineering School in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He lives in Miami, Florida with his wife.
Jesus Vazquez's Bio
Jesus R. Vazquez, CGC serves as the Chief Operating Officer of NV2A Group. He has served in a management capacity in the construction industry for over 30 years, overseeing many high-profile projects. Among some of the accomplishments in his career was being part of the leadership that constructed many of the region’s most recognized projects, including the American Airlines Arena in Miami, the Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, the South Terminal at Miami International Airport, the New World Symphony Campus Expansion in Miami Beach, Florida, the Grove at Grand Bay luxury condominium, and FIU’s 790,000 square foot, state-of-the-art parking structure – Parking Garage 6.
In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Vazquez provides leadership and executive support for all of NV2A’s projects. He is responsible for the overall accomplishment of the construction contracts. Jesus designates talented employees as key personnel, to whom he provides management and direction. He gives key personnel the authority and availability to call upon the resources of the firm to ensure that projects are completed in the safest, most cost effective and expedient manner possible.
The reputation and relationships that Jesus has established in the construction community, his client commitment, and the depth of his knowledge and experience enables him to serve as an effective catalyst in bringing together and motivating the diverse resources and talents that must be marshalled to accomplish the client’s objectives.
Jesus is an FIU alumnus where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 1985. He also has an associate’s degree in Engineering from Miami-Dade College. He is a very active member of the local community, as he presently serves on the Planning Advisory Board in Miami-Dade County, has served on the Board of FIU’s Department of Construction Management Industry Advisory Council and was the 2015 Chairman of the Board for the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter, where he served as a Board Member for 10 years. He holds a Certified General Contractor’s license in the State of Florida, and serves as the firm’s qualifier.
Jesus currently resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida with his wife of 38 years, Delsa. Family comes first to Jesus, and spending time with his wife, 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren is always his highest priority. As an avid outdoorsman he hopes to pass on his love for fishing & hunting to his grandchildren, and who knows some day hopefully have them follow in his career.
Luis Arditi-Rocha's Bio
Luis Arditi-Rocha is Vice President of Infrastructure at NV2A Group. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in delivering large and complex aviation, transportation, building and infrastructure projects with challenging schedules and active operations in the United States, Latin America, North Africa and Middle East. Most of his experience includes complete integration of the architecture and engineering teams with the construction team. His keys to success are collaboration, teamwork and a “same-side-of-the-table” approach.
Luis is particularly knowledgeable in engineering and construction, project investment and concessions, design-build, and construction management at risk (CMAR). The latter is demonstrated most notably as he was responsible for the largest CMAR program in Miami-Dade County at the time, the $843 million South Terminal Program at Miami International Airport, and most recently, the new $205 million Norwegian Cruise Line’s Terminal B at PortMiami.
Luis has played a key role in setting disadvantaged and small business contractor outreach programs in South Florida and abroad. During his time working at the Miami International Airport improvements, more than 450 small businesses were engaged in this program and benefited from its offering. In addition, Luis was an integral part of implementing an intensive on-the-job training center for the local workforce in North Africa, where more than 100 operators attained a certification. It was the first in-country crane-simulator laboratory and full-scale learner yard program. Also, over 1,500 south Asian workers upgraded their trade skills through carpentry and rebar craft training programs.
Luis is an Architecture graduate with a master’s in Construction Management. He currently lives in Miami, Florida with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys sports and is a music and history enthusiast.

Brad Rinzler's Bio
Brad Rinzler, CBC, PMP, LEED AP is Director of Preconstruction of NV2A Group. He provides leadership and oversight for preconstruction and construction phase services for the planning, construction, project management, and project administration activities on all company pursuits and projects.
Brad brings over 35 years of construction industry experience, having been a key team member on multi-faceted institutional, commercial, civil, transportation, high-technology and industrial sector projects. Starting in the field as a carpenter and moving up to General Superintendent, Brad’s responsibilities increased as Project Engineer, Project Manager and ultimately Project Director. His field knowledge and experience, combined with engineering capabilities, contribute to his deep understanding of all levels of construction management. He has a proven ability to access requirements, resolve problems, develop procedures, select and motivate team members.
Brad excels at leading Integrated Project Teams and has a proven track-record of successfully delivering complex projects throughout the United States, and internationally in Europe, Pakistan, and China. This experience includes the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and MIA Automated People Mover System in Miami, the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York, large civil works hydroelectric projects in China and Pakistan, and most recently, Norwegian Cruise Line’s Terminal B at PortMiami and multiple freestanding emergency departments for Baptist Health South Florida, among other projects.
Brad is a Certified Building Contractor, Project Management Professional, LEED Accredited Professional, OSHA 30-hour, certified Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor, and licensed Florida Stormwater, Erosion, & Sedimentation Control Inspector. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Stadford University in California. Brad currently lives in Weston, FL with his wife and children.

Chris Paredes's Bio
Chris is Project Executive of Healthcare at NV2A, serving as the main point of contact with the client, maintaining excellent communication and relationships with designers, contractors, consultants, and healthcare administrators, among other key stakeholders. With more than 15 years of experience leading healthcare construction projects, Chris has consistently proven his ability to successfully manage complex projects using an integrated owner-construction manager perspective approach.
His experience includes extensive work with AHCA and ICRA new facilities, renovations, and expansions of hospitals, medical buildings and other healthcare facilities, to name a few, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Urgent Care and Pediatric Sports Medicine Center, Baptist Hospital Cardiac & Vascular Institute (BCVI) Expansion and Renovation, South Miami Hospital Clinical Expansion & Renovations, Palmetto General Hospital ED Expansion, Joe DiMaggio Hospital Improvements for Memorial Regional Hospital, JFK Medical Center Bed Tower, CEP, ED Expansion & Renovation, and most recently, freestanding emergency care facilities at Country Walk and Coral Way, and a neighborhood hospital in Doral for Baptist Health South Florida.
Chris served with the United States Army for nearly 4 years. He is a LEED Green Associate, a Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.

Dario Meyer's Bio
Dario is Project Executive of Hospitality at NV2A. Dario brings extensive experience in estimating, business development, and construction management activities and has proven to be an effective Project Executive and leader both nationally and internationally, working in Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, California and Texas, among other U.S. States and abroad in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean regions.
Dario has a proven track record of managing the procurement and construction of hospitality, heavy civil (dams, bridges, interstate and county roadways, airports), marine, commercial and residential projects utilizing various delivery methods, including CM at risk, Design-Build, and P3. Dario is an innovative thinker who is constantly looking for value engineering (VE) and cost saving initiatives (CSI) solutions for clients. Some of his experience in the hospitality and emergency recovery markets includes the construction of Yacht Haven Grande in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rodney Bay in St. Lucia, Marina Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, eco-luxury resort Emerald Monkey in Shepard Island, Panama, hurricane Maria reconstruction works at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, and most recently the construction of a new resort for Norwegian Cruise Line at their private island in the Bahamas, Great Stirrup Cay.
Dario is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida, a Florida Licensed Home Inspector and holds a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (BCE) from Georgia Institute of Technology. He currently lives in Miami, Florida with his family.
Jose Bobadilla's Bio
Jose is the Director of Safety of NV2A Group. He is responsible for the company’s overall safety policies and procedures and for ensuring a safe work environment pertaining to office and field activities. A proactive leader and construction safety professional with more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Jose has implemented, led, managed successful corporate safety and safety culture programs both at NV2A and his previous workplaces, earning him multiple Safety Recognition Awards for an excelling performance in the public and private sector infrastructure projects he has had direct safety oversight.
Jose’s experience has been built through years of work in multi-million high-rise commercial and residential, educational, power and transportation projects. This experience includes the $1 billion Paramount Miami Worldcenter, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences at The Surf Club, the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles and the 100 Las Olas, the AirportLink Metrorail Extension (Orange Line) and the Palmetto Traction Power Substation, among other prominent projects.
Jose holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Everglades University and is a OSHA-500 Authorized Trainer, which allows him to teach OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour construction safety and health Outreach Training Program to employees and any other interested group. Jose also attained a COVID-19 Competent Person Training so he was instrumental in guiding NV2A through proper safety protocols on all jobsites to protect the employees’ health and welfare while delivering on our construction commitments.

Luis Carbonell's Bio
Luis is Project Executive of Commercial at NV2A, responsible for client satisfaction and all project facets and preparation activities, from feasibility studies, permitting, preconstruction, estimating and buyout, daily management, field and admin coordination, and schedule, among other duties, to ensure successful execution of project contracts.
Luis has more than 20 years of experience in the construction of high-end residential high-end luxury custom and spec homes, low, mid, and high-rise construction, and commercial buildings, including signature flag hotels, civil construction of utility lines, paving and drainage, creation of community development districts (CDD), acquisition and feasibility development studies, land development, among other specializations.
Luis has grown as a leader and acquired relevant experience both domestically and internationally. In the U.S. his project experience includes prominent infrastructure like the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Ritz Carlton South Beach, Grove at Grand Bay Condominiums in Coconut Grove (LEED® Gold), Renaissance Hotel by Marriott in Fort Lauderdale, multiple luxury residential projects with GC Homes, and most recently, the Optima Plaza North tower in Hallandale Beach, Florida. His experience abroad includes multiple projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Kuwait, Iraq.
Luis is knowledgeable in all facets of project development and management which ensure a timely and cost-effective delivery. He holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Florida and a master’s in Construction Management from Florida International University and currently lives in Miami, FL with his family.

Carolina Correa's Bio
Carolina is Director of Marketing and Communications of NV2A. She leads the company’s marketing and communications team and initiatives, and supports business development, procurement, contract administration, and other corporate activities. With a strong focus and commitment to elevate the organization’s presence in the industry, Carolina is responsible for producing quality and compelling corporate communication elements, including proposals, presentations, content across media channels, and other medium where the company brand is represented.
Carolina is a versatile and results-driven professional with more than 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, having worked for national and multi-national planning, engineering and construction organizations. Her expertise in the development of corporate processes and procedures related to business development and marketing operations, and the execution of complex, multidimensional strategies makes her a key member of the executive leadership. During her tenure, she has also been an active participant of local industry and philanthropic organizations, including the Society for Marketing Professional Services, American Marketing Association, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, United Way, among others.
Carolina holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She currently lives in Miami, FL with her husband and daughter. She is an avid environmentalist, scuba diving, yoga and animal lover.

Julianne brings over 20 years of experience in strategic partnership development, client relationships, and pursuit of new business in the construction industry. Julianne represents the values of honesty and transparency in her work which every client and partner in the industry comes to appreciate. She is able to identify new market opportunities and connect well with project stakeholders, collaborate during pursuits and support negotiation efforts.
Julianne has served in public and private entities throughout her professional career, including Miami-Dade County, City of Homestead, City of Miami and Florida International University and subsequently with a multi-national construction firm. During her tenure, Julianne worked to bridge key constituencies to support strategic objectives, improve cost-effectiveness to develop and satisfy organizational missions, and deliver on excellent client service. She acquired significant expertise in the healthcare and housing sector, and important relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry. Some of Julianne’s accomplishments includes her participation in the Board of Directors for the National Association for Hispanic Public Administrators (NAHPA) and as former member of the Florida Bar, Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
Julianne holds a master’s in Public Administration and certificate in Project Management from Florida International University and a certificate from Harvard University, JFK School of Government’s Executive Leadership Program.
