Laura Sol 's Bio
Luara Sol graduated from Pacific NW College of Art, with a special focus in metal sculpture. She started Sol Creations in 1998 out of her garage. It has grown to a full metal fabrication shop which can do ornamental, architectural, railings, stairs, etc.
Laura participated in the Portland Adult Soapbox Derby and built a giant roller skate/glider and rolled & flew it off a barge in Portland in 2008 for Flugtag (contest by Red Bull). She skated in roller derby for over 10 years for the Rose City Rollers which is the reigning international champion team.
