Ether holds Master Plumbers’ licenses in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Colorado, along with NICET level II certification in Water Based Fire Sprinkler Design. In addition, he has his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Project Management certificate, and has expanded skills in leadership and customer service excellence. In 2014, Ether and his family moved to the warmer climate of the Grand Canyon State, and opened Red Oak’s Mesa office.

We are pleased to have on our management team, Dee Barlow. He brings a wealth of contracting experience not only in the general contracting but also effective and successful subcontracting experience. His experience includes large scale commercial projects such as hotels, restaurants, multi-family, and small retail. He also has successfully completed Dollar General and Family Dollar Stores. Dee's talents, professional demeanor, and background experience has made him an effective part of the Red Oak Commercial team.

Naomi Mozingo is key to the Red Oak Commercial team bringing a wealth of experience in contracting handling the paper flow. Her experience brings contract management, insurance review, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billings and time management, She has been key in systems protocol, management and enforcement. Her experience and talent is valuable to the growth and future of Red Oak Commercial.
